How far in advance should
I book your services for my event?
You can book whenever you like, the earlier the
better. Our bookings are on first-come, first-served
bases and are secured upon a signed contract and
deposit.
How much time will you
need to set up before the event, and does it cost
money?
We arrive anywhere from 30 minutes to 4 hours prior
to the actual start time of your event (Depending
on the Sound System and Lighting Package you select).
This allows us ample time to setup and test our
equipment so the music is playing as the earliest
guests arrive, and there are NO setup charges!
How will you dress for
my event?
Formal to casual, it's your choice at no extra charge.
What type of equipment
do you use?
We pride ourselves on the sound and lighting systems
that we have designed for our company. Today, nearly
all DJ companies claim to use 'top of the line equipment',
but very few have invested over $50,000 in their
equipment as we have. For more information contact

Are you able to play any
music formats other than CDs?
In addition to CDs, we can also play Mini-Discs,
and vinyl records (most imported/independent label
dance music is still released exclusively on vinyl.)
These formats must be requested prior to the event.
Will you honor requests?
We make every attempt to honor all requests at each
event. Additionally, if you or your guests would
like to hear music that you/they have brought with
them, we will play those as well.
How much do you require
down?
A $100 deposit is required to reserve your date
along with a signed contract. (Events over one thousand
dollars require a 25% deposit) We accept Cash, Check,
Visa, MasterCard and Discover for your convenience.
How do I get EFX Entertainment’s
Services to perform at my event?
We can be contacted via telephone toll-free (1.888.YOUR.EFX),
or our online contact form (Contact Us). We will
make every effort to get back to you in less than
24 hours. You can also check are availability online
(Check Availability) and even get an instant price
quote (Price Quote). Once the price quote is confirmed
with EFX Entertainment, we can e-mail, fax, or mail
you an Event Contract or you can book your event
right from are website. Once we receive and clear
your signed contract and deposit, your booking date
will be guaranteed.
