The availability checker on our website will instantly
check our availability. You can check to see if
your date is available and request additional information.
You can also provide us information on the type
of event you are having so we can get back to you
A.S.A.P. If your event is available you can get
an instant Price Quote for your event.
Our price quote generator will allow you to select
available packages and options with descriptions
of each. It will give you an instant price quote
total on the services we can provide for your event.
Some prices may vary and you should contact EFX
Entertainment by phone or email to verify your quote
before booking online. Once you have verified you
event price with EFX Entertainment, after filling
out the Price Quote form there will be a link at
the bottom of the page to Book Online.
When you decide to book your event you have 2 available
options. You can either contact EFX Entertainment,
give your information over the phone at (1.888.YOUR.EFX)
and they can send a contract via email or regular
mail. Or you can Book Online. Just select the Price
Quote link and enter in all your information about
your event as well as all your personal contact
information, Submit it and click on the link at
the bottom of the page to Book Online. You can then
print and sign the contract and mail it back with
your deposit to EFX Entertainment. Before booking
online please verify your final price with EFX Entertainment
by phone or email, but booking online saves you
time, speeds up the booking process, and helps guarantee
your event date.
When you book an event with us you will be able
to log in to our client access link on our web site.
This area serves as a password-protected gateway
for the tools that you can use to plan your event,
such as our Event Planners, Event Timelines, Our
Music Database, Online Payments, Satisfaction Surveys,
and more. To login, you will only need your event
date and password that will be emailed to you by
EFX Entertainment once you book your event.
When you login to our Client Access link you will
be able to customize a personal event planner for
your event. It's a completely dynamic, interactive
online form customizable for your wedding, private
party, or school dance. It's even integrated with
our music database and you can save your planner
online for continued progress. Once you are satisfied
with your planner you can submit it directly to
us online.
Once you are logged into the Client Access area
you will be able to synchronize a precise timeline
sequence for your event using our interactive event
timeline. Save your work for continued progress
and press the submit button upon completion. Your
event timeline will be electronically submitted
directly to EFX Entertainment.
With our music database you can search our entire
music library and create custom request lists for
your event. You can also see a list of our top 200
songs and listen to them in Real Audio, Windows
Media and MPEG format. We have Search filters by
genre, decade, etc. You can create "must play,"
"play if possible" & "do not
play" lists as well as attach notes to songs
for special instructions or dedications. Our music
database is up to date with over 7,000 songs, and
new ones being added each month.
EFX Entertainment accepts Cash, Check, Visa, Master
Card, and Discover Card. You can make a payment
or deposit by mail, over the phone, or online. If
you would like to make an online payment or deposit,
we have 2 available options on our web site using
our secure 128-bit encrypted server. You can log
in to our Client Access area with your event date
and password or you can click on our Online Payment
link located on our website.

is over we would like you to log in to our Client
Access area and take a second to fill out a quick
evaluation form. This form helps us gain valuable
insight as to what the strong points and weaknesses
are of our business. It’s a simple "point
& click" form that quickly captures all
your pertinent information and emails it directly
to us. In addition to filling out this form, you
will then be eligible for discounts on repeat bookings.
